The MINIFAST from IMA is a pilot freeze dryer designed to combine the functionality of both bench-top and GMP production scale freeze dryers. With configurations available in MINIFAST 04 and MINIFAST 10, it offers shelf areas of 0.4 m² and 1.1 m² respectively. Utilizing IMA Life’s patented FUSION™ shelf design, it enhances performance, reduces operating costs, and increases reliability. The MINIFAST features a robust rectangular chamber made from AISI 304L stainless steel and includes an ice condenser with capacities ranging from 8 kg to 20 kg, condensing temperatures as low as -85°C. Suitable for various R&D and small batch pharmaceutical applications, the system is designed for optimal space utilization with shelf interdistances starting from 80mm.
