The paste filling system by Kulp is designed for high viscosity products, featuring a volumetric filling system with a feeding screw. It guarantees filling accuracy of ±1% and a high capacity of up to 800 packages per hour. The in-feed screw feeds the paste into the filling cylinder, with parts like the main valve and nozzles connected by tri-clamps for easy disassembly and cleaning. The system includes an anti-dropping filling nozzle and operates pneumatically and electronically at 6 bars of compressed air. The system also features a user-friendly touch screen interface, adjustable side rails on the 2-meter conveyor for various package sizes, and is constructed with 316 L stainless steel for parts in contact with the product. It supports operating temperatures from +5 ºC to +85 ºC.
