The RINA Jet Mill by Riera Nadeu is a micronizer designed to process dry powder, reducing the particle size to below 10 µm with a narrow distribution curve. It operates without mechanical shocks, ensuring non-contamination of the product and precise control over final particle size. The system uses a venturi and compressed air to feed into a circular classifier, allowing only the finest particles to be extracted. The powder is then conveyed to a filtering system, complying with local emission regulations. The RINA Jet Mill ensures cleanability to avoid cross-contamination and supports modular and compact installations, requiring low maintenance. It is capable of working in explosive hazardous areas with appropriate certification and can operate in a closed-loop circuit with Nitrogen if required.
