Achieve over 10 layers per minute
The GEA Palletizer Fluens is designed for high-speed palletizing with two configurations: low level product infeed and high level product infeed. The low level infeed model handles up to 8 layers per minute, while the high level infeed model can achieve up to 10 layers per minute. Products are fed through multiple lanes and combined into layer patterns, which are then transferred directly onto the pallet. The system features a unique layer formation using either a traditional divider or a robotized pack manipulator. The formed layer is moved onto an intermediate table, which consists of a comb-like steel structure. This table then rises to the pallet level where the layer is pushed onto the pallet by a secondary pusher. The system uses belt transmission to reduce noise and eliminate the need for lubrication, and its open design makes maintenance and setup straightforward. The supplier of this palletizer is GEA.
