This device features load-centering bearing supports and unique bearing slides to assure accurate, consistent production. With roll corrugation and speed differential ratios available to match any operating system, it guarantees maximum performance 24/7. The roll surface area ranges from 904 to 2,714 square inches, and it offers a soybean capacity between 300 to 1,000 metric tons per day. It operates within a horsepower range of 15 to 125 HP, accommodating various demands. CPM provides robust construction with features such as 12-inch diameter chilled iron rolls, alloy steel shafts, and self-aligning, double-row spherical roll bearings with split pillow block housing. Optional features include roll feeders with independent drive and heavy-duty permanent magnets for ease of maintenance.
