The nuts flour production system by Maseto is designed for transforming nuts—whole or cut, peeled or with skin—into consistent flour. This system is flexible, allowing the optional incorporation of one or two slicing heads to adjust flour grain size before processing. The refining rollers, whose spacing is adjustable, ensure diverse thicknesses of flour. Testing with almonds has shown that over 90% of the flour produced has a size less than 0.80mm. Some models include an automatic opening system to facilitate maintenance and cleaning. This machine is optimal for processing nuts such as almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, peanuts, coquitos from Brazil, macadamia nuts, walnuts, and pistachios, with production capacities ranging from 500 to 2000 kg/h.
