Negative pressure filter for fine dust particles
In industries dealing with bulk materials, maintaining air quality and dust control during material handling processes is critical. Filtration systems need to accommodate continuous airflow while effectively capturing fine dust particles to comply with environmental regulations and ensure worker safety.

Continuously filters conveying air
The US jet negative pressure filter by Zeppelin Systems is designed for use as a bin vent filter within a modular system. Constructed from robust stainless steel (1.4301), this filter uses anti-static polyester needle felt bag filters to continuously filter conveying air. Its cylindrical housing is available in versions with or without maintenance doors, facilitating easy cartridge installation on either the untreated or clean gas side. The filter can endure negative pressure up to 500 mbar and includes air jet pipes made from blasted ceramic for thorough cleaning. Integrated diaphragm valves and a pressure reducer make de-dusting efficient. The filter can be upgraded with options for differential pressure monitoring and ATEX-compliant design for Zone 22 use.
