The Tetra Pak® Multilane Wrapper 1700 A2 is a self-contained unit designed for continuous wrapping of various ice cream products such as sticks, sandwiches, bars, cones, and wafer cups. Featuring an integrated paper rack, it allows operators to easily access and replace paper rolls, reducing friction and enabling the use of thinner wrapping materials. The quick release handle facilitates easy switching of paper formers for different product types and sizes. Additionally, the individual fin seal drive and sealing module enable fast and safe product changes with minimal material waste. The cross-sealing and cutting module ensures reliable sealing by holding the wrapping material at the correct temperature. The replaceable fin and cross-seal modules enhance equipment availability. With a capacity of up to 70 products per minute per lane, this unit is ideal for high-speed production lines.
