Automates moulding for consistent cheese production

The Tetra PakĀ® Moulding machine RMC 2 is a solution designed for the moulding and setting of pasta filata cheeses such as mozzarella, provolone, and pizza cheese into various sizes and shapes. It features a fully automated system that minimizes operator intervention. Its curved moulder neck tubes ensure excellent fiber alignment by avoiding abrupt turns that can disrupt cheese fibers, resulting in a high-quality final product. The system accommodates interchangeable moulds, allowing cheese production in different shapes and weights ranging from 2.5 kg to 5 kg and lengths from 200 mm to 600 mm. Indirect cooling using a closed-loop water system increases food safety and reduces water waste. The machine’s control system, available in either Allen Bradley or Siemens configurations, provides reliable and automatic operation, making it suitable for high-capacity operations at 1 ton per hour.
