The LabTIE Bead Dispenser, offered by Molgen, is a modular manual dispenser designed to load specific sizes and amounts of beads into plates, tubes, and other industry-standard containers. By filling the dispenser and pulling the slider, you accurately deposit the desired quantity of beads into a designated grid. This semi-automated system saves significant time compared to manual loading. The modular design allows the use of beads ranging from 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm into various containers by exchanging mesh plates and converters. The anodized aluminum mesh plate with anti-static properties minimizes interaction with input material, making it suitable for electrostatic glass beads and freeze-dried bacto beads. The dispenser is available in grids from 24 to 384 wells, and custom parts can be arranged for unique bead types or non-standard containers.
