The MKS by GEA is a versatile machine designed to combine the tasks of mixing, kneading, and sheeting dough in one compact unit. It features an automatic dosage system that precisely manages flour, micro ingredients, water, and eggs, controlled via a PLC flowmeter for optimal consistency. The paddle shaft design allows easy access to the mixing vessel due to its conic fixation and openable top. The internal structure ensures there is no contamination between oil and grease from the transmission system, thanks to separated internal shoulders. Equipped with three kneading rollers and a pair of calibrating rollers, the MKS can produce dough sheets as thin as 7mm. The machine also includes openable shoulders to enhance cleanability. All these features are integrated within a compact structure, making the MKS ideal for small to medium-sized pasta production facilities.
