Additionally, it includes lightweight, seamless plastic hoppers for improved sanitation, and jacketed extrusion housings for temperature control. Capable of processing up to 3,000 pounds (1,500 kilograms) of dough per hour, and operating bandcutter at up to 275 cuts per minute, this extruder enhances both efficiency and precision in dough forming. Safety is ensured with automatic controls and electrically interlocked guards. Reading Bakery Systems’ in-house designed touchscreen interface allows easy management of extrusion speeds and dough flow.
