The longitudinal conche from JAF INOX is designed for applications where flavor development has higher priority over production capacity. The renowned longitudinal design uses a roll for shear force and is ideal for conching chocolate of the highest quality. It is equipped with a PID temperature controller and PT-100 sensors for precise temperature control. The longitudinal conche is fitted with micro-exhaustion for the extraction of undesired volatile acids. It has a stainless steel construction and is available in capacities of 3, 250 and 800Kgs.
