The MINIFILL ZM is a compact and efficient loading bellow designed by WAMGROUP for dust-free loading of bulk solids into drums and IBCs. Its compact dimensions make it ideal for operations where space is a constraint. The double bellows chute design allows for an increased suction fan rate when handling very fine dust, ensuring a cleaner working environment. Powered by two pneumatic cylinders, it operates reliably in various conditions. The inlet diameter is 200 mm (12 in) with a maximum throughput rate of 120 m³/h (70.6 cfm) and it can operate in temperatures ranging from -15 to 120 °C (5 to 248 °F). The system’s maintenance-friendly design further simplifies operations and reduces downtime, making it suitable for industries such as plastics processing, pharmaceuticals, and construction.
