The BioRinse 100L from Hoopman Equipment is designed for various liquid treatment protocols including hot water treatment, rinsing, and drum priming. The system starts with a modular 200L drum where seeds remain during the entire process. This drum moves through different modules: the Rinsing module and an optional Centrifuge module with an extra Rinse/Cool-Down option. After rinsing and centifuging, the drum transitions to the Drying module, equipped with weigh cells for precise drying to the original seed weight based on user-defined protocols. This system offers configurations from manual to fully automatic, allowing flexibility for different treatment needs.
