The LVF-14A/B-D by Pattyn is designed for precise weigh filling of small-sized, fragile food items such as nuts, diced and sliced IQF fruits and vegetables, and dried non-sticky fruits. This linear vibratory filler, available with one or two heads, can handle products up to 30x30x30 mm directly into boxes, minimizing drop height and preventing product sticking. The gross filling mechanism eliminates the need for a weigh hopper, reducing potential damage to the product. The LVF-14A-D achieves an output of up to 5 containers per minute, while the LVF-14B-D can reach up to 9 containers per minute, depending on the product and weight. The hygienic design ensures quick cleaning with minimal downtime, ideal for maintaining high operational efficiency in the packaging process.
