The SENSITIVE ECO by IMA is a linear labelling system engineered to apply self-adhesive labels to various cylindrical containers. With its compact design and small footprint, it’s ideal for low to medium output needs. The system includes a side labelling head with a dispensing unit that features a large-capacity recovery mechanism controlled by a mechanical clutch to maintain constant paper tension. The control system, electro-mechanical instrumentation, and power interlocks are housed within an integrated electrical panel. Featuring a stepping motor for driving the label application and an easy installation process for additional overprinting devices and vision systems, the SENSITIVE ECO simplifies the labelling process. The control panel offers touch screen access to key production metrics.
