Laboratory knife mill for fast comminution

In laboratory settings, preparing homogeneous samples from moist, oily, or fibrous materials can be challenging. Traditional methods often fail to produce fine, consistent particles, leading to variability in analytical results. Precise comminution is crucial for accurate sample analysis in food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.

Achieve homogeneous samples quickly and safely

The Knife Mill PULVERISETTE 11 from Fritsch is designed for fast and gentle comminution and homogenization of moist, oily, and fatty, as well as dry, soft, medium-hard, and fibrous samples. It features a 1250-watt motor and four-bladed knife to handle high-fat or high-water content samples efficiently. Capable of up to 56,000 cutting processes per minute, it ensures homogeneous sample preparations in a short timeframe. The mill supports various materials, including foodstuffs, animal feed, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals. The PULVERISETTE 11 also offers variable speed settings from 2,000 to 10,000 rpm, with a turbo function of up to 14,000 rpm, and can save up to 20 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). All parts that come into contact with samples are autoclavable, enabling sterile processing.
