The Midilab RC by Diosna is a laboratory unit integrating both a fluid-bed module and a drum coating module, facilitating efficient product and process development. This unit supports various batch sizes, ranging from 0.6 to 16 kg, depending on the module and process. The Midilab RC is equipped with a swivelling and tilting touch screen for easy operation. Its modules can be changed without tools, simplifying transition between processes. The unit can handle drying, top and tangential spray, and Wurster coating with fluid-bed containers of 7, 12, 16, and 20 liters. Similarly, the drum coating module is capable of film and sugar coating with drum sizes of 7, 12, and 20 liters. The unit includes integrated air preparation, heater, and fan, ensuring plug & play operation. It is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, making it suitable for regulatory environments.
