These isolators consist of a primary chamber and additional secondary chambers for clean transfer. Equipped with a JUMO manometer for internal pressure control, an inverter for ventilation fan speed, and automatic valves for airflow interception, they ensure a controlled environment. Features such as a sloped chamber bottom for proper drainage of wash-down fluids, polypropylene glove flanges, and nitrile gloves enhance operational safety. The Transfer Isolator comes with additional material air lock (MAL) chambers for bin discharge, while the Dispensing Isolator includes pre-chambers and sliding trays for seamless product handling. Integrated scales and IP65 illumination units further aid in accurate and reliable processing.
