The isobaric filling solution from Della Toffola (Omnia Technologies) is designed for bottling carbonated drinks efficiently. It supports various beverage types, including water, carbonated soft drinks, beer, cider, and sparkling wines. Suitable for containers made from plastic (PET, HDPE), glass, and cans, the system uses a dispenser that creates positive pressure in the container to match the pressure of the vessel. This precise pressure management avoids foam formation and overflow. The vessel withstands working pressures up to 6 bar and is PED certified for pressures up to 9 bar. The machine can also bottle still beverages of different densities, with or without pulp. An optional neck gripper system is available for handling PET/PE/HDPE bottles.
