The Bin Washing Cabinet by Freund is designed to automate the internal and external cleaning and drying of wheeled and palletized bins. It features two water inputs—industrial and demineralized—and three water outputs for valve washing, internal washing, and external washing. The system operates at a pressure of 10 bar and requires a water flow of 90 liters per minute. Pneumatically positioned washing and internal drying covers ensure thorough cleaning, while an air treatment unit dries the bins effectively. Automatic management of washing cycles is handled via a PLC and touchscreen interface. The cabinet is constructed from AISI 316 L pipes and AISI 304 satin finished materials, with additional options such as a rotating grid platform and water recovery kits available.
