This no-contact system integrates seamlessly into your production line, excelling in the automatic inspection of pre-filled glass syringes. It features a robotized denesting and renesting unit that transfers syringes into the inspection phase, maintaining a single-row, no-contact configuration that prevents damage and contamination.

Capable of processing up to 36,000 pieces per hour, the NSY SERIES is equipped with up to 10 inspection stations, allowing for comprehensive examination of each syringe’s integrity—including flange, stopper, particle detection, filling level, and glass wall defects—using HVLD technology for leak detection. Its five customizable reject lanes ensure precise sorting of non-conforming products.

Integrated options such as cameras for nest completeness inspection and syringe counting, alongside coding by labelling, inkjet, or laser printing, enhance traceability and compliance with GMP standards. Available with optional corrosion-resistant materials, it is tailored to meet the diverse requirements of injectable medication production while minimizing downtime through efficient cleaning protocols.
