Its jacketed removable filter basket, with a standard 20 mesh, can process up to 20 tonnes per hour. Features include a pressure gauge for level indication and swing bolts for easy opening, making maintenance straightforward. Stainless steel construction guarantees durability, while the flanged connection follows BS 4504 PN16 standards. This filter is suitable for various chocolate types and fillings, including pure chocolate, compound, couverture, praline, truffle, and creme fillings.
