The sieve is suspended on laminated springs within a hollow frame and features quick-release fasteners for easy screen changes. The single-deck version has two outlets for separating pellets and fines, while the double-deck version has three outlets to manage coarse material, pellets, and fines separately. These sieves can handle capacities up to 25 tons per hour, depending on the model and screen area. They are ideal for applications in the feed, pet food, and aquafeed processing industries.
