This dryer operates automatically or semi-automatically, where products are placed in baskets or trays on trolleys or pallets. These carriers are then manually or automatically moved into the drying tunnel equipped with a conveyor system. The product speed is adapted specifically to match its drying requirements. Products undergo a complete, homogeneous, and gentle drying process within a defined temperature and time frame, and can also be cooled if necessary. HARTER evaluates critical parameters such as temperature, humidity, time, air speed, and air volume flow in pilot trials to ensure optimal drying. Capacities are customizable and scalable to suit different production demands, generally based on the dimensions of Euro pallets.
