The Extrufood Sugar Sander is designed to provide even distribution and effective bonding of sugar coatings on extruded products. The extruded product is guided onto a vibrating bed of sugar while being simultaneously showered by a curtain of fresh sugar from above. This method ensures thorough coating. Additionally, excess sugar is collected and recycled after the sanded product is gently hit by an excenter bar. For products like belts, the sander turns them 180 degrees to prevent excess sugar from contaminating other equipment.
