The Muffin Line from MIMAC Italia is a high-performance system designed for volumetric dosing of batters into preformed baking trays, molds, or paper cups. It features a stainless steel hopper with a capacity of 55 liters and utilizes single-cylinder dosing units to ensure maximum dosage accuracy. The system includes an anti-dripping device and a handwheel with a numeric indicator for dosing adjustments. This line is equipped with automatic feeding of baking trays, managed by electronic control, which simplifies operations and reduces manual intervention. The touch screen interface provides ease of use, and the entire unit is compact, aligning with its high performance. It supports a baking capacity of up to 5,000 pieces per hour while consuming a maximum of 10,000 NL/hour of air. The dimensions are 2900 mm x 1300 mm x 1500 mm, and it weighs 370 kg. The line operates on a 230 V, 50/60 Hz power supply.
