The machine’s construction features abrasion-resistant carbon steel, ensuring durability and long service life. With replaceable half-inch thick carbon steel over-tip-hook rotor blades and wear liners, maintenance is straightforward. Safety is prioritized with built-in emergency stop protection and an optional electronic shear pin for jam protection. The rotor shaft is equipped for air purge, lip seals, and an oil bath to extend lifespan and performance. Optional features include stainless steel contact points and a discharge screen for precise particle size control, catering to diverse industrial applications ranging from animal feed to biomass.
