This dicer allows for 2- or 3-dimensional cutting by adjusting slice thickness, crosscut, and circular knife spindles. It is versatile enough to process a wide range of products, from cheese to preformed meat logs. The U.S.D.A. Dairy Division acceptance makes it ideal for dairy plants.
