In-line weight control for brine injection

In food processing industries, maintaining accuracy and consistency in brine and marinade injection is essential to ensure uniform product quality. Traditional batch weighing methods can introduce variability, making it challenging to achieve precise results throughout the production cycle.

Ensures precise brine injection continuously

The Fomaco In-line Weight Control (IWC) system is designed to maintain high accuracy in brine injection. It consists of two individual weighing units that measure product weight before and after injection, ensuring precise brine distribution. The system utilizes advanced Eilersen digital load cells based on capacitive technology for exceptional accuracy. The IWC is seamlessly integrated with the Fomaco M3 injector, featuring conveyor belts that synchronize operation to simplify workflow. The IWC system supports data transfer and processing via Microsoft’s Excel and SCADA systems, enabling detailed process monitoring. It is compatible with various Fomaco injector models like FGM 48, FGM 64, FGM 88, and FGM 112, ensuring versatility across different operations.
