The Tetra PakĀ® In-line Blender D is designed for automatic in-line blending and standardization of dairy products. This unit can handle a variety of dairy formulations including flavored milk, cheese milk, and standardized milk for powders, among others. Its advanced built-in control software regulates ingredient quantities to ensure consistent product quality and yield. The system can manage up to eleven individual ingredient streams simultaneously, keeping precise control over product formulation. This in-line production method reduces product losses and operational costs by minimizing the need for buffer tanks and lowering utility consumption. Capable of processing between 5,000 to 75,000 liters per hour, the blender offers scalability for large production volumes.
