The AirForce® Impingement Oven from Heat and Control is designed for faster cooking and greater uniformity compared to other impingement ovens. This oven is equipped with either a compact gas-fired burner or thermal fluid heating system, allowing for precise cooking of meat, poultry, seafood, and baked products to specified standards. The unique airflow system uniformly exposes products on the conveyor, ensuring even cooking. The oven’s design includes easily separable conveyors and air nozzles for thorough cleaning, with dual rotary brushes that clean the conveyor during operation. An optional computer-controlled clean-in-place system manages cleaning time and chemical usage for different foods.
