Icebox cookies extrusion solution

Producing icebox cookies for large-scale distribution involves several challenges, including shaping dough uniformly and efficiently cooling it. Manual production is time-consuming and resource-intensive, making it difficult to maintain consistent output and quality.

Streamline dough shaping for mass production

The Icebox Cookies Extruder by ANKO is designed to automate the shaping process of icebox cookie dough, addressing the inefficiencies of manual production. By placing the dough into the hopper, the extruder forms it into uniform bars, ready for sequential refrigerating and slicing. This extruder is equipped with customizable molds, allowing for the production of dough bars in various shapes. With dimensions of 1,080 (L) x 450 (W) x 1,080 (H) mm, a power requirement of 0.4 kW, and a capacity range of 400–4,000 g/min, this tool is suitable for a variety of industrial applications. The maximum diameter for shaping molds is 60 mm, and the extruder weighs 100 kg (net). Manufactured by ANKO, a company with over 46 years of experience in food machinery, the extruder meets ISO certification standards and is equipped with CE and UL inspection approvals. Primary uses include production in the confectionery industry, specifically for icebox cookies, biscuits, and similar baked goods.
