The Tetra Pak® Dip and Transfer unit 1800 M2 is designed for the medium-capacity transfer and dipping of ice cream products. Its ingenious gripper head cradle allows for rapid product changeovers, requiring only two operators and less than a minute to complete. The unit is equipped with up to 24 overlapping grippers to ensure low product waste by picking up products even if they are not correctly positioned. A chocolate tank maintains the coating at a steady temperature, controlled by the unit’s system, with two pumps for precision application. Dipping divisions allow coating with multiple substances, facilitating variety multipack production. The dip-cup design ensures uniform distribution of ingredients. The unit also features a dipping control system that automates speed, time, and level settings, ensuring repeatable accuracy. Additionally, tool-free dismantling of pumps and dip cups facilitates easy operation and cleaning. Designed for use with the Tetra Pak® Extrusion Tunnel M3 models, this versatile system supports the production of a wide range of ice cream items.
