High-temperature short-time pasteurization system for dairy products

In dairy production, achieving effective pasteurization while maintaining product quality can be a challenge. Traditional pasteurization methods often lead to high energy consumption and extended processing times that can impact efficiency.

Efficient and quick pasteurization with heat recovery

The Mixplant HTST by Catta 27 is a high-temperature short-time pasteurization system designed for dairy products. It stands out due to its ability to recover over 40% of the energy required for both heating and cooling through its unique heat flow architecture. Available in various capacities ranging from 600 to 5000 liters per hour, this system ensures that the pasteurization temperature is achieved in the plates and maintained for the necessary period in the coil. The system specifications include preheating boilers with capacities up to 360,000 Kcal/h, pasteurization boilers up to 60,000 Kcal/h, and total installed power up to 68 kW. Moreover, the system operates at a voltage of 400/3/50 V/Ph/Hz and manageable dimensions tailored for different production scales.

Benefits

  • Energy recovery system reduces operational costs.
  • Various capacity options to fit different production needs.
  • Maintained pasteurization temperature ensures consistent product quality.
  • Compact design suitable for different dairy production scales.
  • Preheating and pasteurization boilers offer high efficiency and reliability.
