Available in three sizes with capacities of 30, 60, and 120 litres, these bench-mounted units feature a heavy-duty convection fan and low thermal mass insulation for uniform temperature distribution and fast response times. The corrosion-resistant, brushed stainless steel interior offers durability, while the multi-position shelves enhance usability. The oven includes a R38 PID controller for precise temperature management and can operate continuously. Optional features include advanced digital controllers, over-temperature protection, and air exhaust fans.
