Sterilises tubs and trays using Hc-vphp
The NEBULA by IMA Group is a high-speed decontamination tunnel designed to sterilise tubs and trays containing RTU material in continuous production lines. It operates using highly concentrated vapour phase hydrogen peroxide (HC-VPHP) to achieve a 6-log decontamination of the entire external packaging surface within seconds. The tunnel integrates seamlessly with IMA LIFE aseptic fill-finish lines, enabling continuous high-speed tub introduction at rates of up to six per minute. Pressure within the tunnel’s chambers is carefully managed to ensure maximum safety for both operators and the cleanroom environment, preventing hydrogen peroxide circulation within the isolator. The NEBULA’s design and technology offer an efficient and reliable method to ensure sterility in accordance with GMP Annex 1 guidelines.
