High-speed decanting centrifuges for solid-liquid and liquid-liquid separation
In industries ranging from biotechnology to food processing, precise solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation is critical. Challenges include dealing with high concentrations of impurities or separating non-miscible liquids with different densities. Traditional methods can be time-consuming and inefficient, particularly in large-scale operations.

Efficient solid-liquid and liquid-liquid separation at high g-force
The RINA SRP models by Riera Nadeu are vertical decanting tubular bowl centrifuges designed for high-speed separation tasks. Operating at speeds generating a G-force of up to 15,000G, these centrifuges offer two versions: ‘C’ for solid-liquid separation and ‘S’ for liquid-liquid separation. In the ‘C’ version, fine impurities are removed from liquids with low concentrations of solids, resulting in clear outputs. Solid discharge is manual, carried out after machine stoppage. The ‘S’ version is ideal for separating two non-miscible liquid phases, with adjustable diaphragms ensuring continuous flows of purified liquids. The robust design features a full opening casing to reduce noise, ensure safety, and simplify rotor extraction. Options for heating or cooling coils are available to manage temperature. Suitable for applications in pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, and food sectors, these centrifuges comply with GMP requirements and can be configured for explosive hazardous areas. Additional features include CIP and SIP systems.
