It supports high-speed operations with a scissor cutting system controlled by an independent motor, ensuring precise sizing and portioning. The compact footprint design allows it to fit seamlessly into existing production lines while supporting capacities of up to 900 pieces per minute (ppm). Suitable for confectionery items such as chewing gums, bubble gums, chewy candies, and toffees, this equipment ensures high production efficiency. The film reel dimensions accommodate widths up to 200 mm, with machine specifications supporting product lengths from 19 mm to 120 mm, widths from 10 mm to 30 mm, and thicknesses from 3 mm to 14 mm, making it versatile for various wrapping needs. Electrical power requirements are 7.5 kW with an air pressure range of 0.6 to 0.9 Mpa and an air consumption rate of 10 NI/min.
