The GMX-25 GRANUMEIST® by Freund is a high shear granulator designed for efficient and homogeneous wet granulation of powders. Its top-drive design facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance, rapid processing times, and enhanced user safety. Equipped with user-defined settings for mixer and chopper blade speeds, and an integrated peristaltic pump for precise solution addition, it offers processing flexibility for aqueous and solvent processing. An optional jacketed bowl allows for precise product temperature control. The removable bowl and vertical shaft chopper improve granulation and ease of maintenance. The system is portable, with electrical and compressed air connections mounted on casters for maneuverability. The color touchscreen control system supports both automatic and manual modes, offering validatable process control and USB data collection.
