The GMXB-LAB Micro GRANUMEIST® by Freund is a bottom-drive high shear wet granulation mixing system designed for homogenous granule formation. Its design allows for faster processing times and easy cleaning and maintenance, ensuring superior user safety. The interchangeable product bowls range from 1L to 6L, enabling process flexibility with both aqueous and solvent processing. User-defined settings for mixer and chopper blade speeds, as well as an integrated peristaltic pump, provide tailored granulation control. The Smart-Safe™ containment option and proportional mixer blade tip speeds add to the equipment’s efficient and safe operation. The system also features a jacketed bowl for optional product temperature control and a color touchscreen control system with validatable process control and USB data collection port.
