The EasyStack® software allows storage and quick access to up to 99 pallet patterns, which users can easily create and adjust via an HMI touch screen. Featuring advanced motion control with EuroDrive gear motors and Allen Bradley controls, it ensures accurate and refined movement. Safety is paramount, with features like a category 3 safety cage, light curtain protection for load exit, and redundant hoist fall protection. The high infeed palletizer is capable of handling various product types, including cases, bags, trays, totes, and more, with a capacity of up to 1-5 layers per minute.
