High capacity vertical conveying for grains and cereals
In grain storage facilities, the need to elevate large volumes of grain efficiently and safely is critical, especially in environments where explosion risks are present. Traditional vertical conveying systems might fall short in terms of capacity, safety, and efficiency.

Elevate grains efficiently with Atex compliance
The EC-type Bucket Elevators from WAMGROUP specialize in the vertical elevation of cereals and similar materials. Designed to comply with the European Explosion Protection Directive, ATEX, these elevators are constructed from hot galvanized carbon steel, ensuring both durability and safety. The system consists of a head and foot section with solidly mounted roller bearings for the bucket carrier belt, and an intermediate trunking section for bucket assembly and inspection. The use of antistatic, oil-repellent, and self-extinguishing belts, along with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) buckets, provides superior conveying efficiency. Also included are anti-skid belt sensors and rotation control sensors, offering state-of-the-art performance in compliance with safety standards. With a throughput of up to 1,600 m³/h and a discharge height of up to 44 meters, EC-type Bucket Elevators are ideal for various handling and storage plants, such as grain, cereals, and other material processing plants.
