The Model CC-DL from Urschel is a high-capacity cutting solution designed for industrial food processing. It features a large 32-inch diameter cutting zone, allowing for high throughput and minimal product buildup. The attached swing-away infeed hopper enhances sanitation and eases maintenance. Operating with a robust 10 HP (7.5 kW) motor, the Model CC-DL can continuously process products up to 3-1/2 inches (88.9 mm) in dimension, ensuring uninterrupted production. Equipped with the MicroAdjustable® SH-14 Shred Head, accepted by the U.S.D.A., Dairy Division, it delivers precise cuts including full and reduced flat-V® shreds, full and reduced V shreds, oval shreds, and crinkle slices, among others. This machine is suitable for a wide range of food products, from cheese to vegetables and cooked meats, making it versatile for various industrial applications.
