The TIPPER TIE TTSealH by JBT is a high-precision automatic heat-seal and clip system designed for packaging diverse pumpable products. Compatible with TT1512 and TT1815 automatic clippers, this system runs cost-effective roll stock, using blank or printed films along with most monolayer and multi-layer flat foils including poly, mylar, and aluminum coated films. It handles film rolls up to 355mm in diameter and accommodates flat film widths up to 400mm, with a hot-seal capacity of 30 meters per minute. The TTSealH produces chubs ranging from 20mm to 120mm in diameter. Its versatile roll stock facilitates longer production runs with minimal downtime. The system’s changeover time of 10 minutes or less for trained operators further enhances productivity.
