Heat exchangers for wine processing
Effective temperature control during wine-making is crucial for achieving optimal fermentation and ensuring product quality. Traditional methods may pose challenges such as inconsistent temperature maintenance and potential thermal shocks, affecting the integrity of the must and the final wine.

Optimize fermentation with precise temperature control
The SERAP Group offers three types of heat exchangers specially designed for wine processing: FI heat exchange plates, FD directional flow exchangers, and coil exchangers. All models are constructed from high-grade AISI 316L (1.4404) stainless steel and are finished with electrolytic polishing. These exchangers can be submerged directly into the must or wine, eliminating the risk of thermal bridges to the outside and preventing thermal shock or mechanical damage. With a range of exchange surfaces from 0.38 m² to 6 m², they provide optimal thermal efficiency tailored to different stages and scales of wine production. Installation is carried out by professional networks experienced in vineyard environments, ensuring seamless integration and maximum performance.
