The Gondola Storage System by Theegarten-Pactec is designed for the structured storage of products in multi-level gondolas. This system compensates for irregular output from the processing line via First IN/First OUT technology. Additionally, it can be modified as an overflow storage system at the end of the production line by implementing First IN/Last OUT technology, allowing loading and unloading on the same side. The dual independent servo drives enable simultaneous loading and unloading at different speeds, increasing the overall throughput. The modular design supports later amendments, and optional technological processes such as cooling or drying can be integrated. The removable gondolas and swiveling guard doors offer easy access, simplifying maintenance and cleaning tasks.
