Available in models CIM 20/6, CIM 30/10, and CIM 45/15, these ice makers can produce between 20 to 45 kg of ice per 24 hours, with individual cube weights of 18 or 36 grams. They are constructed with stainless steel and approved materials for contact with food, ensuring durability and hygiene. The system includes self-contained ice collecting bins and supports both air and water condensation. With electronic controls and optional special voltages, these ice makers comply with hygiene and safety regulations. Standard operating conditions are an incoming water temperature of 15°C and an ambient air temperature of 20°C. The installation of a salt dosing unit is highly recommended to prevent limestone scale build-up.
