This full cubes ice maker is constructed from stainless steel and materials approved for food contact, ensuring durability and hygiene. Its self-contained ice collecting bin supports both air and water condensing, catering to diverse operational needs. With electronic controls and optional special voltages, it integrates seamlessly into existing operations. Notably, it efficiently produces between 20 to 45 kilograms of ice per day, minimizing energy use with a power requirement of just 0.35 to 0.65 kW. The series is essential for applications ranging from cocktail and soft drink preparation to seafood and buffet displays. Suitably designed for continuous or batch operations, the machine’s standard operation conditions are 15°C incoming water temperature and 20°C ambient air temperature. Further customization and maintenance support, including a recommended salt dosing unit to prevent scale build-up, are also available.
