The SUCROFORM® W from CHOCOTECH is a specialized forming line designed for precise embossing and forming of confectionery products such as hard candy, chewy candies, and croquant. It features a pre-former with a jacketed hopper and horizontally mounted extracting rollers that prepare the slab for forming. This equipment includes a pair of calibration and forming rollers, each with its own tempering circuit, to ensure exact shaping and consistent quality.

Ideal for confectionery manufacturers, this line integrates seamlessly into continuous, high-speed operations, optimizing the production of lollipops, fruit-flavored candies, toffees, nougat, nut brittle, and caramel chews. With its capability to cool formed products via a slab cooler and break them into usable pieces through a slab breaker, the line efficiently supports material reworking by eliminating thin residue skins using de-flash drums.
